We begin with a two-hour on-site consultation to review the space in detail, align on design goals, timelines, and budget expectations. Photographs and detailed site measurements are collected during this visit to inform the design process.

Two curated design schemes are developed for the space, informed by provided drawings and on-site documentation. We outline recommended adjustments, present refined finish selections, and source physical samples for review meetings. A comprehensive sourcing and selection sheet is included to guide feedback and final refinements.

We include one to several review meetings, tailored to the scope of your project, to review, confirm, and finalize all design details prior to preparing the final design package.

Upon completion of the Design Package, it is shared with you and coordinated with your selected contractors and trades to commence the project. Phase Two follows, with our team working closely alongside the construction team to ensure seamless execution and provide guidance throughout the construction phase.

During the final phase of the design process, we ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
